SANDY BEACHFRONT VILLAS SPECIFICATIONS
1. STRUCTURE SPECIFICATIONS
Reinforced concrete frame comprising of footings, columns, beams and slabs, designed in accordance with the regulations for anti-earthquake construction specifications.
2. WALLING
Parts of the external side walls will be in the stone with reinforced concrete inside. The rest will be 20cm thick hollow bricks. Internal partition walls will be 10cm thick hollow bricks.
3. FINISHES
WALLS:
• External surfaces with “grafiato” finishes and part of the surfaces with stone.
• Internal walls smooth plaster finish and 3 coats of emulsion or wall paper.
• WC walls will be lined with marble.
• Kitchen walls between wall units and base units of washing machine, dishwasher and cooker surroundings will be lined with granite.
FLOORS:
• The entrance hall,living area, kitchen area, bathrooms, bedrooms and the staircase will be paved with marble.
• Verandas will be paved with ceramic tiles.
